Voice Campaigns

Voice Campaigns combines a connected calling account, caller number, script or training knowledge, phone-number audience, and delivery timing. Supported calls can run in the background while campaign and call status are tracked.

What you need

  • A connected voice or Twilio calling account.
  • A caller number that is ready for calls.
  • A call script or company knowledge used by the campaign.
  • A valid phone-number audience.
  • Available voice credits required by the selected workflow.
  • A timing choice: run now, schedule, or save as a draft.

Use Voice Campaigns with ForsaBrain

  1. Open ForsaBrain and describe the outbound calling campaign.
  2. Select the connected calling account and caller number.
  3. Provide the call script or training knowledge.
  4. Provide or upload the phone-number audience required by the workflow.
  5. Choose a compatible voice and campaign timing.
  6. Review the prepared campaign plan.
  7. Approve the external calling action when confirmation is requested.
  8. Start, queue, schedule, or save the campaign according to the selected timing.
  9. Track the provider acceptance and campaign or call status from the workflow.

Use the original Voice Campaigns tool

  1. Open Twilio Voice Marketing.
  2. Configure the calling account and caller numbers if they are not ready.
  3. Create a voice campaign.
  4. Enter the campaign script or supported knowledge.
  5. Choose the caller configuration and audience.
  6. Set the available campaign timing and calling options.
  7. Start, schedule, or save the campaign.
  8. Use the campaign and calls views to review execution and call records.

Example ForsaBrain prompts

Create a voice campaign using this script and call these customer numbers.
Prepare this outbound campaign and schedule the calls for tomorrow.
Save the voice campaign as a draft without starting any calls yet.

Expected output

  • A saved voice campaign.
  • Queued background calling, scheduled execution, or draft state.
  • Trackable campaign and call status when provider calls begin.
  • Access to call records from the original voice marketing workflow.

Troubleshooting

  • If no calling account can be selected, prepare the Twilio or voice account first.
  • If the caller number is not ready, select a ready calling account or complete the required provider setup.
  • If voice credits are unavailable, restore the required credits before starting the campaign.
  • If a native campaign job cannot be queued, do not send a duplicate campaign until the current workflow state is verified.
  • If a call cannot be tracked, open the campaign call logs for the available status details.

How this tool works with ForsaBrain modes

  • Plan Mode: use this when you want ForsaBrain to collect the required inputs for the registered Voice Campaigns workflow, show the prepared execution plan, request confirmation when required, and run the supported adapter.
  • Registered workflow ID: voice.campaign.
  • Chat Mode: use it when you want help preparing content, understanding requirements, or discussing the workflow without assuming the external action will be executed.
  • Agent Mode: this is a separate ForsaBrain mode. Do not treat it as another name for Voice Campaigns. For the native workflow documented on this page, use the registered-tool / Plan workflow.
  • Deep Research: use the dedicated research mode for research work rather than as a replacement for this tool's native execution workflow.

Prepare the calling account

  • Select a connected caller number or voice account before creating the outbound campaign.
  • The calling number must be marked ready for calls.
  • When the selected workflow uses ElevenLabs calling infrastructure, the caller number must complete the required ElevenLabs import before it can be selected.
  • Choose an available compatible ElevenLabs voice when the campaign requests a voice.
  • Available ElevenLabs voice credits are required before the campaign can begin.
