Voice Bot

Voice Bot lets you prepare a voice assistant with instructions, language, voice, and knowledge. ForsaBrain can collect the setup, create and train supported voice bots, and link a selected phone channel when available.

What you need

  • A voice bot name and clear purpose.
  • A language and compatible available voice.
  • Behavior or call instructions for the bot.
  • Knowledge from a website, text source, or supported training material.
  • A phone channel when the bot should receive or route calls.

Use Voice Bot with ForsaBrain

  1. Open ForsaBrain and describe the voice bot you want.
  2. Provide the bot name, purpose, language, and desired behavior.
  3. Choose a voice compatible with the requested language.
  4. Add the website or text knowledge that should train the voice bot.
  5. Review the prepared Voice Bot workflow.
  6. Create and train the voice bot.
  7. Choose or connect a phone channel when call routing is required.
  8. Review the saved bot, training state, and linked channel from the result.

Use the original Voice Bot tool

  1. Open the Voice Bot interface.
  2. Create or select a voice bot.
  3. Set its name, language, voice, and instructions.
  4. Add supported training data from text, URL, or files when available.
  5. Generate or update the knowledge training.
  6. Preview and test the voice bot.
  7. Connect the required phone channel when ready.
  8. Manage or update the voice bot from its original interface.

Example ForsaBrain prompts

Create a customer-support voice bot and train it from my website.
Build a sales voice bot in Arabic and connect it to my phone channel.
Create a receptionist voice bot using this company knowledge.

Expected output

  • A saved voice bot configuration.
  • Prepared or generated voice-bot knowledge.
  • A testable voice bot.
  • A phone-channel binding when a compatible configured channel is selected.

Troubleshooting

  • If Voice Bot is unavailable, verify that the Voice Bot extension is installed.
  • If voices cannot be loaded, check the voice connection used by ForsaBrain.
  • If no compatible voice is available, select another voice that supports the requested language.
  • If call routing is required, connect or select the phone channel from the Voice Bot workflow.
  • If knowledge preparation fails, verify that the selected training source contains readable material.

How this tool works with ForsaBrain modes

  • Plan Mode: use this when you want ForsaBrain to collect the required inputs for the registered Voice Bot workflow, show the prepared execution plan, request confirmation when required, and run the supported adapter.
  • Registered workflow ID: voicebot.create.
  • Chat Mode: use it when you want help preparing content, understanding requirements, or discussing the workflow without assuming the external action will be executed.
  • Agent Mode: this is a separate ForsaBrain mode. Do not treat it as another name for Voice Bot. For the native workflow documented on this page, use the registered-tool / Plan workflow.
  • Deep Research: use the dedicated research mode for research work rather than as a replacement for this tool's native execution workflow.

Phone and voice connection

  • The voice bot itself can be prepared before a phone channel is attached.
  • Connect or select a compatible phone channel when the voice bot must receive or route calls.
  • Voice availability depends on the currently configured voice provider and the compatible voice catalog.
  • Keep the bot training state and phone-channel state separate when troubleshooting.
