Getting Started

ForsaAI combines AI tools and automation workflows in one platform. ForsaBrain provides a conversational workspace for planning and running supported workflows, while original tools remain available for direct manual control.

Two ways to work

Supported tools can be used through ForsaBrain or through their original interface. ForsaBrain is useful when you want to describe the goal conversationally, collect the required details, review a plan, and execute from one workspace. The original tool is useful when you want direct access to native controls.

Use with ForsaBrain

  1. Open ForsaBrain.
  2. Describe what you want to accomplish.
  3. Provide any missing business, account, audience, file, or campaign details.
  4. Review the proposed workflow or execution plan.
  5. Approve the plan when an external or consequential action requires confirmation.
  6. Follow execution progress and review the final result inside the workspace.

Use the original tool

  1. Open the original tool from your ForsaAI dashboard.
  2. Configure its native settings and inputs.
  3. Connect any required account or channel.
  4. Run, schedule, save, or publish from the original workflow.
  5. Return to ForsaBrain when you want a conversational workflow across multiple tools.

Choose the right ForsaBrain mode

  • Chat Mode is for conversational guidance, questions, preparation, and discussion when you do not need to run a consequential workflow.
  • Plan Mode is the clearest path for registered ForsaAI tool workflows. ForsaBrain collects the required inputs, prepares the execution plan, shows missing resources, requests confirmation where required, and then executes the supported workflow.
  • Agent Mode is a separate ForsaBrain operating mode for agent-style workflows. Do not assume that a product whose name contains Agent is automatically the same thing as ForsaBrain Agent Mode.
  • Deep Research is a dedicated ForsaBrain mode for structured research requests and reports. It is routed separately from Chat, Plan, and Agent.

From request to result

  1. Choose Chat, Plan, Agent, or Deep Research according to the kind of work you want to perform.
  2. Describe the objective and provide the information or files already available.
  3. When a registered tool workflow is used, ForsaBrain resolves the required tool and checks the inputs it needs.
  4. Complete missing resources such as an account, channel, audience, brand, file, model choice, or timing.
  5. Review the prepared plan or workflow before any consequential external action.
  6. Approve the workflow when confirmation is required.
  7. Follow Execution Progress while the supported workflow runs.
  8. Review the resulting output, provider status, saved record, or follow-up action.
