ForsaBrain

ForsaBrain is the AI workspace inside ForsaAI. It can collect workflow details, identify missing resources, prepare execution plans, request approval when needed, run supported native workflows, and keep results and progress in the conversation.

How ForsaBrain works

  1. Start a new conversation and describe the result you want.
  2. ForsaBrain identifies the appropriate supported workflow.
  3. Add missing inputs such as a brand, website, connected account, audience, files, timing, or campaign details.
  4. Review the generated plan before execution.
  5. Approve actions that require confirmation.
  6. Track execution, outputs, and any required follow-up from the same workspace.

Example requests

Create and train a customer-support chatbot for my website.
Prepare a WhatsApp campaign for this audience and schedule it for tomorrow.
Create a social media workflow for my brand and connected accounts.
Build a voice bot from my website knowledge.
Research this market and prepare a structured report.

When to open the original tool

Some workflows expose additional native controls or may require setup in the original extension. When that happens, ForsaBrain can prepare the workflow and direct you to the appropriate original tool without changing the collected objective.

Chat, Plan, Agent, and Deep Research

  • Chat Mode is the conversational mode for explanations, preparation, and normal AI assistance.
  • Plan Mode is used when you want ForsaBrain to structure and execute a supported registered-tool workflow with explicit inputs and execution steps.
  • Agent Mode is its own ForsaBrain mode. It should not be confused with extensions named Social Media Agent, Meta Ads Agent, or Chatbot Agent.
  • Deep Research is a dedicated research mode handled by the ForsaBrain deep-research workflow and returns a structured research result.

Registered tools and native tools

ForsaBrain has a registry of supported native workflows. Registered tools can expose their required fields, connected-account context, confirmation steps, adapters, and original-tool routes to the ForsaBrain workflow. Some installed platform features are separate from this registry and must be used through their own native interface or dedicated ForsaBrain mode.

Plan Mode workflow

  1. Switch to Plan Mode.
  2. Describe the result you want instead of manually choosing every implementation detail.
  3. ForsaBrain identifies a supported registered workflow when one matches the request.
  4. Complete the required fields and select any connected resources returned by the workspace.
  5. Review the generated plan and the values that will be used.
  6. Approve the plan when confirmation is required.
  7. Run the workflow and follow Execution Progress.
  8. Open the resulting output or the original native tool when additional direct controls are needed.

Agent Mode workflow

  1. Switch to Agent Mode when the goal is an agent-style workflow rather than a single native-tool action.
  2. Describe the agent objective and provide the context requested by ForsaBrain.
  3. Review the agent workflow and any resources it requires.
  4. Start the agent workflow when the requested setup is ready.
  5. Review its result and follow-up state in the workspace.
  6. Use a registered native-tool workflow separately when you specifically need that tool's execution adapter.
ForsaBrain Agent Mode is not another name for Social Media Agent, Meta Ads Agent, or Chatbot Agent. Those are separate platform features.

Deep Research mode

  1. Switch the ForsaBrain mode to Deep Research.
  2. Describe the research question, market, subject, or decision you want investigated.
  3. Add useful context or supported source material.
  4. Submit the research request.
  5. Wait for the dedicated research workflow to complete.
  6. Review the structured findings, reasoning, risks, and next actions returned by the research mode.
