Realtime Voice
Realtime Voice is integrated directly into ForsaBrain through dedicated session, balance-check, and turn-saving endpoints. It is separate from Voice Bot and Voice Campaigns.
Before starting Realtime Voice
- Realtime Voice must be enabled by the platform setting.
- The realtime voice component must be available in the ForsaBrain interface.
- The required realtime voice credit reservation must be available before a session can begin.
- If credit verification fails, do not assume the voice session has started.
Use Realtime Voice in ForsaBrain
- Open ForsaBrain.
- Confirm that the Realtime Voice control is visible.
- Start the realtime voice interaction.
- Allow ForsaBrain to verify the required balance or credit state.
- Continue the realtime conversation after the session is created successfully.
- ForsaBrain saves supported realtime turns to the conversation state.
- End the session when the live voice interaction is complete.
Realtime Voice vs Voice Bot vs Voice Campaigns
- Realtime Voice is for a live voice conversation inside ForsaBrain.
- Voice Bot is a saved voice-assistant workflow with knowledge, behavior, language, voice, and optional phone-channel setup.
- Voice Campaigns are outbound calling workflows that use a connected caller account, audience, timing, and provider execution.
Relationship to ForsaBrain modes
Realtime Voice is a dedicated ForsaBrain capability rather than a registered ToolRegistry action such as SEO Tool or WhatsApp Campaigns. Do not document it as a normal Plan Mode tool or as ForsaBrain Agent Mode.
