Chat & Bots
AI Chatbot
AI Chatbot helps you create a conversational assistant using your business knowledge. You can build the workflow conversationally with ForsaBrain or open the original Chatbot interface for direct configuration and management.
What you need
- A chatbot name and clear purpose.
- Instructions describing how the chatbot should respond.
- Training knowledge such as website content, text, files, questions and answers, or knowledge-base material.
- A channel or website destination when you are ready to make the chatbot available to users.
Use AI Chatbot with ForsaBrain
- Open ForsaBrain and describe the chatbot you want to create.
- Provide the chatbot name, goal, language, and any missing business context.
- Add or identify the knowledge sources that should be used for training.
- Review the chatbot workflow prepared by ForsaBrain.
- Approve the workflow when confirmation is required.
- ForsaBrain creates or prepares the chatbot and tracks the result in the conversation.
- Review the chatbot output, training state, and available channel actions.
- Open the original Chatbot tool whenever you want direct access to additional native controls.
Use the original Chatbot tool
- Open AI Chatbot from the ForsaAI dashboard.
- Create a chatbot and enter its core information.
- Configure its instructions and behavior.
- Add training sources such as text, files, URLs, or supported knowledge items.
- Generate or update the training data.
- Customize the chatbot appearance and welcome experience where available.
- Preview and test the chatbot.
- Configure supported channels or use the website embed output when needed.
- Monitor and manage the chatbot from its original interface.
Example ForsaBrain prompts
Create a customer-support chatbot for my website and train it from my company pages.
Build a sales chatbot that explains my services and qualifies interested visitors.
Create a chatbot from these training files and prepare it for my website.
Expected output
- A saved chatbot configuration.
- Prepared or generated training knowledge.
- A testable chatbot preview.
- Available website embed or channel configuration when supported and configured.
- A manageable chatbot record that can be reviewed or updated later.
Troubleshooting
- If the chatbot tool is unavailable, confirm that the Chatbot extension is installed and active.
- If training does not complete, verify that the selected source contains readable supported content.
- If a requested channel cannot be connected, verify that the channel extension is installed and included in the current plan.
- If ForsaBrain asks for more information, complete the missing chatbot or knowledge fields before approving execution.
How this tool works with ForsaBrain modes
- Plan Mode: use this when you want ForsaBrain to collect the required inputs for the registered AI Chatbot workflow, show the prepared execution plan, request confirmation when required, and run the supported adapter.
- Registered workflow ID: chatbot.create.
- Chat Mode: use it when you want help preparing content, understanding requirements, or discussing the workflow without assuming the external action will be executed.
- Agent Mode: this is a separate ForsaBrain mode. Do not treat it as another name for AI Chatbot. For the native workflow documented on this page, use the registered-tool / Plan workflow.
- Deep Research: use the dedicated research mode for research work rather than as a replacement for this tool's native execution workflow.
Channels and connections
- A chatbot can be created and trained before an external channel is connected.
- When a channel is required, select a configured channel that belongs to your ForsaAI account.
- Supported channel setup can include WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, Instagram, or other installed chatbot channel extensions.
- Keep channel credentials private and configure them only through the supported connection workflow.
