1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your Forsa Ai subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will continue to have full access to the Service and your allotted AI credits or features until the current billing period expires.

2. General Refund Eligibility (United States & Global)
Forsa Ai provides access to digital services, computational resources, and AI-generated content. Due to the immediate and intangible nature of these digital goods and the server costs associated with AI generation, all payments are strictly non-refundable once the service has been accessed or used.
Refunds are generally not provided for:

Partial usage of a subscription period.

Unused AI credits or tokens.

Change of mind after generating content or using the tools.

Failure to cancel a subscription prior to the automated renewal date.
3. European Union (EU) and UK Consumer Rights (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union (EU) or the United Kingdom (UK), you have a legal right to withdraw from a contract for digital content or services within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.
Exception to the Right of Withdrawal (Waiver): Under EU and UK consumer protection laws, you lose your right of withdrawal for digital services and content if the performance has begun with your prior express consent.

By purchasing a subscription, credits, or any digital goods on Forsa Ai, and immediately accessing the platform, generating content, or using our AI tools, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you will lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.
If you reside in the EU/UK and purchase a subscription but do not log in, use any credits, or access the AI services within the first 14 days, you are eligible for a full refund. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw via a clear statement to Info@forsaai.com before the 14-day period expires.
4. Exceptions and Technical Faults
We want you to have a flawless experience. While our standard policy is non-refundable, we may issue refunds or account credits at our sole discretion under the following exceptional circumstances:

Billing Errors: If you are charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error.

Prolonged Service Outages: If the Forsa Ai platform is completely inaccessible for an extended and unreasonable period during your active billing cycle, preventing you from using the service.

Account Fraud: If it is proven that a purchase was made fraudulently using your payment information without authorization.
If you experience any of the above, you must contact our support team within 7 days of the billing incident.
5. How to Request a Refund
